Rabben WebConsult is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: rabbenwebconsult@gmail.com.

When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected:

• Name
• Company
• Email address
• Current website URL (optional)
• What you need help with (optional)
• Budget range (optional)
• Your message

No cookies are used for tracking or advertising, and no data is collected for profiling.

The information is used only to respond to your inquiry — for example to answer questions, carry out a free website review, or prepare a quote for a website project.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the contact form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing rabbenwebconsult@gmail.com.

Your data is kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up your inquiry. If no client relationship follows, the inquiry and related correspondence are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If we work together, relevant data is kept for the duration of the project and any period required by Norwegian accounting law.

Form submissions are delivered by email and processed by the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Google (Gmail) — receiving and storing inquiry emails.
• Lovable — website hosting and the backend that forwards form submissions.

Your data is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data stored about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
